This isn't my first rodeo...

For more than thirty years now, I’ve been engaged in virtually every aspect of marketing and communications. I entered my profession as a journalist, employed as an award-winning reporter, documentary producer, and ultimately as an editor and administrator. Subsequently, I’ve served in both agency and corporate communications positions, most recently as Director of Marketing and Communications for Minnesota’s Private Colleges, the largest association of private colleges in the United States.

My experience as a corporate director of marketing and communications, along with more than 15 years public relations and marketing communications agency leadership, allows me to offer solid capabilities in marketing, public relations, investor and media relations and advertising programs, along with experience managing both internal and external teams. It’s the kind of breadth that allows me to see and apply fresh solutions drawn from a broad, cross-industry perspective rather than a single “silo” of experience.

You could say I’ve pretty much done it all. From riding bareback bulls to rallying the crowd from the announcer’s booth to taking tickets…
